Refund policy

Here at MYH Soy Candle Co., our top priority is to make sure you are 100% satisfied with our products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please reach out at info@myhcandleco.com so we can figure out the best way to make you happy. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt merchandise. 

If your product is damaged

We will replace candles and accessories if they are damaged within 3 days of delivery. Shipping costs are paid by MYH candle co for damaged or defective items only.

We require:
Customer order number and complete customer information, which is provided in the packing slip that arrives with your order and in your order confirmation email. Please specify items you wish to return and photo of damaged or defective item to info@myhcandleco.com. MYH Soy Candle Co will send you a return label for defective or damaged items only.
